1. CHANGING PRODUCTS (COLOUR, SIZE OR CODE)
If you wish to change a product for any reason, you must do it within 15 days from the date you received your order and after you have informed us by phone or e-mail specifing the order number and your name.
The product can be changed by :
- Sending it back by courier to exchange it with a new product which you like and have selected from our e-shop.
- Visiting our store in Kallithea (122, Eleftheriou Venizelou str.), where we can meet you and gladly be of service.
The shipping costs of the returned items is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are not accepted.
Please make sure that all returned products are in excellent condition as you received them, all labels are still on them.
2. CHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Our store assures you that before the completion and shippment of each order, the products are carefully checked for any defects to avoid any inconvenience.
However, if the product you received has a defect, please inform us within 3 days from the date of receipt, once the defect is confirmed by us, then we can discuss on how to replace it with another product.
If, in the end, the responsibility is ours, we will bear the shipping costs.
We will not accept returns of products which have obvious signs of damage for which we are definitely not responsible.
Refunds are not accepted.
We remind you that, if it’s possible, you can visit us in our store in Kallithea, in order to serve you in the best way we can.
