1. SENDING BY COURIER
The deliveries of the products are done after the order is confirmed, through the companies GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI, ACS, and ELTA COURIER within 2-3 working days, counting from the shipping date and not the ordered date.
In case of a delay beyond the specific time limits, please do not hesitate to contact us.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Orders €70.00 and over : free shipping for all of Greece.
- Orders under €70.00 : €5.00 shipping charge for all of Greece.
- €3.00 extra if you have chosen COD (Cash On Delivery) for the courier.
In case of return of a product, please consult the REFUND POLICY.
COD (Cash On Delivery) is not valid for orders outside of Greece, while there is a shipping cost 15.00€.
2. COLLECTION FROM THE STORE
You can pick up the order you made through our online store, from our store located in Kallithea (122, Eleftheriou Venizelou str.), if you have stated it in your online order and after our telephone contact.
The receipt from the store can be done on the same day as long as the availability of the product has been confirmed by us.
In case you have chosen the method “PAYMENT IN STORE” your order will be kept for 5 working days.
After this, the order will be cancelled.
If any problem arises from our part which may result in any delay, you will be informed immediately by phone.
